The OpenBSD FAQ is the official OpenBSD documentation and contains a lot of information. It is very well written and easy to read. This should be your first step in your quest for more information.
Absolute OpenBSD
If the FAQ does not contain enough information then you might want to consider getting this book, maybe from Amazon. It is very well written and understandable and also covers a lot about OpenBSD.
