Network Overview

The overview page gives you a quick summary of the overall health status of your network. By default, the overview page shows the following information:

Summary

Shows from which time period event log records are available in the database. Click "Edit Preferences" for the profile editor.

Heartbeat Status: Warnings and Errors

Shows all computers that are currently in a WARNING or ERROR state

Heartbeat History

Shows recent heartbeat status changes from the database

Popular Reports

Shows the most commonly used reports

Recently Installed Applications

Shows the most recently installed applications

Most Recent Events

Shows the 3 most recent errors, warnings and audit failures

Recent Event Comments

Shows the 5 most recent event log comments

Show More / Show Fewer

Gives the ability to include more or show less items in that section that currently are present. By adding or subtracting the number of items on the page you are automatically updating the values in the Profile Editor. As a result the account accessing the web reports will need write permission on the WebReportsConfig.xml file in order of the values to be stored.

The welcome page can be customized using the profile editor.
